The Rocket Words Society offers a full refund for Can*Con (minus admin fee charged by the ticketing system) until the start of the con. Please send us an email using our contact form if you can no longer attend. You can also gift your badge to someone else (give us a name or just gift it to someone who could otherwise not attend), until two weeks prior to the event. We’ll process your request as quickly as possible. The Rocket Words Society reserves the right to change and/or alter the refund terms and conditions at any time deemed necessary. Decisions related to refunds by the Rocket Words Society are final.
